Was totally professional, knowledge was great, to the point and made a plan on which we both agreed

Having to go to reception and then going back to the assessment room is a bit much fir people with a disability. This was also my second visit in 2 weeks to the same department. Waste of time and money.

We really felt listened to by [name removed] & [name removed]. 2 amazing members of staff, managed to gain my daughters trust which enabled her to speak out.

Excellent clinic, nurse very helpful and informative. A very calm session.

The physio is not really helping the problem and the advice given is not getting to nub if the problem, I am just being asked to doing wasteful exercises. I feel fobbed off when asked about my scoliosis.

Listen more and see the area which is causing the problem.

I am not recovered but no tangible next steps that lead to recovery were highlighted

Should have done an MRI and referred to a consultant for Spine and back analysis rather than another physiotherapist
